To ensure unbiased responses, I framed questions strategically and employed journey maps to visualize their experiences. This process helped us identify areas of friction and uncover valuable opportunities.

Delivery
Using the insights gathered from discovery research, we constructed an opportunity solution tree. This visual representation showcased the connections between user pain points and our desired outcome of "Zap Sharing leads to improved understanding, quicker setup & enablement."
After conducting 10 interviews, we refined our assumptions and developed a prototype. Testing it with a select group of users, we incorporated their feedback and subsequently launched it to a wider user base.
Facilitating numerous team workshops to foster subject matter expertise and foster collaborative problem-solving.
